This hotel has a great location, being super close to everything. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. However, the service was a bit slow during breakfast time, which was a downside. The dining experience was good overall, although there were a couple of small issues. Being close to various activities and restaurants made the location excellent.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant but had some mixed experiences. The rooms were fine but mine was not ready for 2 hours and had a slight cigarette smell. On the bright side, the service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who assisted me with a booking issue and gave great local recommendations. The location was perfect, close to everything you could need for a beach getaway. However, the dining options were not impressive, with limited choices available.
The hotel is a gem! The rooms are absolutely gorgeous, sparkling clean, and spacious, complete with a convenient fridge and microwave. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and goes above and beyond to make your stay special. The location is excellent, just a stone's throw away from Pier Park and within walking distance to fun attractions like the arcade. However, the dining options were lacking, although they did offer fresh fruit to start the day. Overall, a fantastic stay with superb service and a great value for money.
